Considering the current COVID-19 situation in Japan, JFES committees have officially decided that the 28th JFES Symposium will be held as an “in-person with streaming” event on 13rd and 14th September. The onsite venue will be in Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation – Technology & Research Center (JOGMEC-TRC), Chiba.

In addition, High Angle and Horizontal Wells (HAHZ) Special Interest Group(SIG) of SPWLA will facilitate the workshop (September 11th and 12th) ahead of JFES annual symposium at the same place, JOGMEC TRC (2023 SPWLA HAHZ Workshop Program).
